Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve your gardening needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

While we carefully select and package every product from our premium grass seeds to commercial-grade irrigation fittings, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your gardening products:

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization
    We’ll respond within 2 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items
    Securely pack the unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all tags attached. For irrigation fittings or garden stakes, ensure all components are included.
  4. Ship Your Return
    Mail the package to:

    Include the RMA number clearly on the outside. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping fees ($12.95 standard charge) are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges of items (like 13mm vs. 19mm fittings), you’ll need to place a new order after your return is processed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our gardening enthusiasts, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pest control products (Insecticides, Fungicides, Rodent Control items)
  • Perishable goods (Bulbs & Seeds, Grass Seeds that have been opened)
  • Custom or special order items (Bulk orders of 25mm fittings or commercial irrigation systems)
