Our Hassle-Free Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your gardening products:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business hours (just like our customer service queries) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all tags attached. For irrigation fittings or garden stakes, ensure all components are included.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our address at 4350 Woodley Square, Montgomery, US 36116, including the RMA number clearly on the outside. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Important Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping fees (like our $12.95 standard charge) are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges of items like 13mm vs. 19mm fittings, you’ll need to place a new order after your return is processed.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Original Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our gardening enthusiasts, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used pest control products (Insecticides, Fungicides, Rodent Control items)
  • Perishable goods (Bulbs & Seeds, Grass Seeds that have been opened)
  • Custom or special order items (Bulk orders of 25mm fittings or commercial irrigation systems)
