Where do you ship to?
We proudly ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Our global gardeners are in Montgomery, Melbourne, and everywhere in between!
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arrives in 10-15 days after dispatch with full tracking.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arrives in 15-25 days after dispatch.
How long does order processing take?
We carefully pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information immediately after dispatch.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely! All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
